Event Description
We’ll start at the picnic tables in the Pocket Park near the trailhead for the Lake Wallace Sensory Trail. The banks of Lake Wallace are easily accessible – if rich with poison ivy – from the main Observation Deck near the skatepark and Tadgell building and all along Foley Field. The access is more challenging around the remainder of the lake along the loop trail (steep, muddy, marshy), as well as sections uncomfortably close to the main road.
