Meet at the Brick Building at “14 Old Depot Hill Road in Enfield, CT”. There is parking there and across the street.

Event Description

We’ll be removing trash from along “Old Depot Hill Road”. This is a “combination site”, with 2 options: a) there is trash along both sides of the roadway (which is flat and paved) – and there is also trash in the woods (and along the dirt pathways that lead to the River). ALL ages and abilities are welcome to participate (with only Ages 18+ (or Certified Divers) working adjacent to the flowing River). For those working in the Wooded Sections, be sure to wear long sleeves, long pants, hat, and closed-toe shoes. We’ll meet Saturday 9/19, 3pm to 4pm (at the Brick Warehouse at #14 Old Depot Road) – and then drive in cars to the different “clean-up spots” along the Roadway and River. Clean-up Supplies will be provided but helpful to bring extra Gloves, Sunscreen, Water Bottles, and Bug Spray with you.
