Site Description
Pond is within the park (exit the Van Horn Parking Lot and pass adjacent to the playground. This will allow access to a 2-mile paved trail loop that surrounds the pond. The trail allows several access points to the pond; all are with 50 steps to the water. These access points are forested smaller trails with a slight decline. Plenty of parking with two Porta Potties.
Trash Description
Several dump sites around the pond but the trash can all fit into a trash bag
Remember to scout your site before you go out to ensure you know the conditions in real time.
