Site Description
Walk down the Pelham Rd. Bridge embankment to the river, expecting to get your feet wet. There is trash caught in branches along the river and on the streambank. Park either at the Amethyst Brook lot, or the nearby Styles parking lot or Amherst city water building lot. Be careful of traffic while accessing the river, but once in the river, it is suitable for older children.
