Trash Description

All types. 2018 description, which has since been at least partially cleaned and more work is needed: The riverbank and the trail from exchange st. is completely horrible. There are mountains of trash in the river and the riverbanks. There are people living in a tent down there and they keep dumping full bags of trash in the river. It has been a favorite fishing spot of mine as long as i can remember and I have never seen it this bad.
