CT River From Jones Ferry Rd to 391 Bridge

Site Description

Approximately 1 mile of shoreline from Jones Ferry north to the 391 bridge is heavily impacted with trash and debris on the Chicopee side particularly. Portions are accessible from adjacent streets, but it is probably best served by boat from Jones Ferry on the Holyoke side. Boats ferrying people and trash back and forth would be the most effective given Jones Ferry’s ramp and ability to have trucks haul debris._x000D_

Scoped in 2018: didn’t see trash. Need to walk through poison ivy to get to shoreline. Possible trash there.
