Town of Montague Transfer Station is at 11 Sandy Lane in Turners Falls, MA. It’s located behind Judd Wire and next to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department Dog Shelter. There is plenty of parking.

Event Description

Work with other passionate volunteers that drive trucks to collect debris, return it to the Montague Transfer Station, and properly sort everything to maximize recycling and safe waste disposal. No truck is needed for team members who enjoy scrumptious sandwiches from the Wagon Wheel Restaurant and other yummy snacks. Waste sorting training is provided and there are always others around to provide support. This will be a day spent with kindred spirits making the world a better place!
