Meeting Location
Meet in parking lot off of M Street in Agawam (access via Rte 5). Use address for F&G Agawam Recycling in GPS (188 M Street, Agawam).
Look for group sign. Park in parking lot at top before going down the boat ramp.
Event Description
WMS students will come together to do our part – making the water cleaner, the riverbanks safer & the wildlife happier!
- Parents/Guardians must provide transportation for students and are welcome to stay and help with the cleanup.
Please consider carpooling with friends and classmates! - Donuts and hot chocolate will help get us started! Bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Trash bags and nitrile gripper gloves will be provided. You are also welcome to bring your own supplies. Leather work gloves & grabber tools are encouraged.
- Long pants & closed-toe shoes/boots are highly recommended. Please do not wear Crocs or other soft-soled shoes. Be prepared for potentially muddy or mucky ground, sharp debris, and poison ivy.
