We will meet St Andre’s Episcopal Church located at 335 Longmeadow St, Longmeadow, MA 01106.
Since the Brook is lengthy we will recommend after the kick-off certain volunteers drive to further down points on the stream to optimize collection.
Event Description
We will be walking the Cooley brook area from 11am to 12pm. We will be setting up around 10:45am and would appreciate volunteers bringing back collected waste around 12pm for counting.
Gloves and trash bags will be handed out.
Cooley Brook is a 1.5 mile stream in Longmeadow, MA. It starts in Bliss Park, flows west under Laurel Street and Longmeadow Street through Laurel Park, and drains into the Connecticut River
