Event Description
We will meet at 10am where we park, along the field on Eunice Williams Drive, near the corner where it meets Leyden Road. We’ll go over safety rules and hand out gear. Then we’ll clean the area from our meeting spot to the covered bridge.
After gathering all trash, recycling, etc. we will deliver it to the Green River Swimming Recreation Area. While there, volunteers can take part in the post-cleanup celebration. This usually includes an amazing lunch provided by local restaurants and an eco-friendly craft. The site also has bathrooms, a playground area and riverfront areas to explore.
