Welcome to the Cheshire County Cleanup!

Each Fall a large group of enthusiastic volunteers pitch in to help clean up the Ashuelot River and its tributaries in Keene and Swanzey as part of the Connecticut River Conservancy’s “Source to Sea Cleanup”.

This event is made possible with the partnership of The City of Keene, The Ashuelot River Local Advisory Council, The Cheshire County Conservation District, Keene State College, Moosewood Ecological, The Keene Young Professionals, and Keene State College, NH Water Works Association Young Professionals, and The Harris Center for Conservation Education.

Volunteers do not require a boat, but those on the water are encouraged to bring life jackets for all passengers. Trash bags and gloves will be provided to all volunteers, and a limited amount of t-shirts for volunteers will be available!

If you require assistance with registration or have other inquiries, please contact info@cheshireconservation.org or call 603-904-3011
